AI that runs entirely inside your building.
For organizations that cannot send documents or data to a third party. The system runs on hardware you own, on your own network, with no outside connection required.

Everything stays inside your building.
What you get
Your data stays put
Documents, prompts and results never leave your network. There is nothing to send to a cloud provider because nothing is sent.
No per-question fees
You pay for the hardware and the build. Running it more does not raise a bill.
Works without internet
Useful for remote sites and for staying operational when a connection drops.
You own it
The software, configuration and model files are handed over to you. No lock-in.
A good fit for legal, healthcare-adjacent, energy, finance and industrial teams that handle confidential files, or any business whose clients ask where their data goes.

The trade-offs, plainly
Every option costs something. Here is what this one costs you.
- 01
You buy and house the hardware, typically a GPU workstation or small server.
- 02
Open-weight models running locally are generally less capable than the largest cloud models. For focused business tasks this is often fine, and we tell you up front when it is not.
- 03
Your team, or a managed service agreement with us, handles power, cooling, backups and updates.
How a project runs
Step 1
We assess the workflow, the data and the room it will run in.
Step 2
We specify the hardware and the models that fit the task.
Step 3
We build the system and test it on your real documents.
Step 4
We install it, train your team and hand over everything.
Is on-premise AI really offline?
Yes. It can be installed with no outbound internet access. Updates are delivered as files you apply yourself.
What hardware do we need?
It depends on the task and the number of users. A single GPU workstation covers many document workflows. We specify this during scoping.
Is it more private than cloud?
On-premise keeps data in your physical custody, which is the strongest position available. Our private cloud option is also single-tenant, but data lives in a data center.
Not sure which fits?
We will walk through your data, your sites and your budget and give you a straight recommendation.
