Terms
Terms for using this website, and a summary of how our engagements work.

Using this website
This site is provided for information about Sieve Technologies Inc. ("SieveAI"). Content is general and is not professional advice. Interface examples on this site are illustrative concepts with sample data, not live client systems or product screenshots.
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design and logos belong to SieveAI or its licensors. Third-party names, including AI model and cloud providers, are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them describes compatibility and does not imply endorsement.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a written agreement for each project. If this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies. In summary:
- Ownership. Unless the agreement says otherwise, you own the code, configuration and model files we deliver for your project.
- Retainers and fees. Engineering retainers and subscription tiers are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Subscriptions. You keep access to active deliverables and technical support through the end of the paid billing period. After that, updates and dedicated support end.
- Hosting. For private cloud deployments, hosting fees continue for as long as you run the environment.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is". AI systems can make mistakes, so outputs should be reviewed by a person before they are relied on, and our systems are designed to support that review.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
