Who we are

Sieve Technologies Inc. ("SieveAI", "we") is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) where they apply.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), project timeline and the message you write. If you email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not include any in your message.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and scope a possible project.
  • To keep a record of our communication with you.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree, a form-processing service, which delivers them to us by email. Formspree is based outside Canada, so information you submit may be processed in the United States and be subject to that country's laws. Our email is hosted by our email provider.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we enable website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly tool that does not set tracking cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. If we begin a project together, information is handled under our written agreement.

Your choices

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to legal limits. Email get@sievetech.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Client data

Data we handle while building and running a client system is covered by the written agreement for that project and by our security practices, not by this page.
